I sometimes wonder how do they do it. I am sure that they have their own problems but I guess they won&#8217;t take them seriously. Sometimes I think about monks and wonder are they happy? Are they contend with their life? I have Budidhist friends. One of them is very religious. I know she has problems but she thinks that  everything will work out at the end and it does! I think it happens to me too. I get so worry and frustrated but at the end, everything works out and I am not even Buddhist. Hmmm&#8230;&#8230; that&#8217;s why there is a saying &#8220;Don&#8217;t sweat for small stuff.&#8221;<br \/>\nI know running makes me happy the whole day which means Happy household! which also means happy husband and happy child. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nI hear from so many people that I have a very happy child. It is true. I have been observing Saranya and boy, she is a very happy child. She loves being outside and feel comfortable among people.
