Marathon in Mind."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today is Christmas. Very peaceful. I have been looking at Hal Higdon&#8217;s marathon training guide. I did 1\/2 marathon (13.1 miles) which was fun and easy. Just the sound of Marathon kinda scares me. I have to work hard if I want \/train for marathon. Running 17 miles on one day? Scary right now. The longest run on the training guide is 20 miles. I can&#8217;t even dream about running that long distance. My long run was 10 miles. And having baby, kinda hard to schedule.
