Of course I was tired and few times did not feel like running but I knew it was just a lame excuse that my brain was making. \ud83d\ude00 I have been noticing that I am getting strong running uphills now. It might be protein running gels that I take during my run. I also make blueberry shake after my run. It is also call &#8220;recovery&#8221; shake. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>I tried Salty watermelon running gel today. I thought I might not like it but surprisingly good. I think it replace the salt that I lost from my body during long runs.
