For couple of days, I had a little twingy pain on my side of the right Knee. Same leg has been so heavy and tired too. I can&#8217;t think of anything why this leg had a problem. Only thing I can think of is I need new shoes now. Funny that I, let&#8217;s say my feet feel when to get a new shoes. \ud83d\ude00 When I was in the garage, I accidentally found the old receipt of when I got the shoes. It was in Nov 2015 which makes 7 months old shoes. I heard from expert that we need to get new shoes every 4-5 months, depends on how much you run. I am putting mileage a lot nowadays. I guess I am due for the new shoes now!!!!
