Good long run….

I was just so impressed that I finally did 13.3 miles and felt really good after the run. Of course I was tired and few times did not feel like running but I knew it was just a lame excuse that my brain was making. ๐Ÿ˜€ I have been noticing that I am getting strong running uphills now. It might be protein running gels that I take during my run. I also make blueberry shake after my run. It is also call “recovery” shake. ๐Ÿ˜€

I tried Salty watermelon running gel today. I thought I might not like it but surprisingly good. I think it replace the salt that I lost from my body during long runs. I am getting smart and strong now. ๐Ÿ˜€

I forgot to put my running log on Wednesday when I did 10.68 miles. It was also 11th day of me and Saranya running.
